Kageoki Tatara was a noble vassal of the Shogunate of Zipang. With Orzio's help, he instigated a rebellion known as the Black Sakura Incident in an effort to dispose of his chief rival, Isoroku Tsukumo, and seize control of Zipang from the Shogun.[1]
